Dean Perry, by Hull, Campbell & Robinson, his attorneys, respectfully <br /> represents as follows: <br /> 1. That Petitioner has contracted to purchase the following-described premises from <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, to-wit: <br /> The South 100 feet of Lots Twenty-five (25) and Twenty-six (26) in Block One (1)of Nelson Park Addition of <br /> Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, Page 78 of the Records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 25,thence Northerly <br /> along the West line of said Lot 25, a distance of 99.84 feet to the South line of the North 25 feet of said Lot <br /> 25;thence Easterly along said South line 2.15 feet;thence Southerly 69.87 feet to a point, being 29.98 feet <br /> Northerly from the South line and 2.37 feet Easterly from the West line of said Lot 25;thence Southeasterly <br /> 33.20 feet to the South line of said Lot 25;thence Westerly along said South line 17.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> 2. That said premises are shown on the subdivision plat attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> 3. That said premises are presently improved with a firehouse and Petitioner proposes <br /> to use the premises to repair, wash, clean and wax automobiles in relation to his used car <br /> business which is situate at a different location. <br /> 4. That the proposed use by Petitioner requires that the premises be rezoned from <br /> their residential classification to a B-2 classification. <br /> WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the premises be rezoned to a B-2 classification. <br /> C.
