That said territory hereinabove described, <br /> along with all parts of public highways therein or next and <br /> adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the <br /> limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal <br /> corporation. <br /> Section 2 . That a plat of said annexed premises is <br /> attached hereto and made a part here4f. <br /> Section 3 . That the City Clerk cause certified copies <br /> of this ordinance to be respectively filed with the <br /> Postmaster of Decatur, Illinois, and the County Clerk of <br /> Macon County and recorded by the Recorder of Deeds of Macon <br /> County, Illinois. <br />
