a V� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �02 —� � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - BAKER WOODS PLACE AND SOUTH 44�th STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of April, 1992 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Thomas Brinkoetter to amend a special use permit for <br /> an R-3 Residence Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 5854, <br /> on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lots 136 and 137 of Baker Woods Estates Third Addition <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 32 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, and <br /> a part of the South Half of the North Half of the NE 1/4 <br /> of Section 20 , Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the <br /> 3rd Principal Meridian, said part more particularly <br /> described as �follows: Beginning at a point on the North <br /> line of said S 1/2 , N 1/2, NE 1/4 , Sec. 20 T16N, R3E of <br /> the 3rd P.M. , said point being 30 feet east of the NW <br /> corner thereof, said point being on the East Right of <br /> Way line of South 44th Street; thence S 89 degrees, <br /> 20 ' O1"E (Assumed Bearing) along the said North line of <br /> the S 1/2 , N 1/2, NE 1/4 , Sec. 20 , 379 . 93 feet to the NW <br /> corner of said Lot 137 of Baker Woods Estates 3rd <br /> Addition; thence S 07 degrees 21 ' 30" E along the West <br /> line of said Baker Woods Estates 3rd Addition, 302 . 04 <br /> feet to the most Northerly corner of Lot 128 of said <br /> Baker Woods Estates 3rd Addition; thence S 47 degrees <br /> 33 ' 15" W along the West line of said Lot 128 , 99 . 04 <br /> feet; thence N 89 degrees 31 ' 36" W, 344 . 93 feet to a <br /> point on the said East Right of Way line of 44th Street; <br /> thence N 00 degrees 05 ' 26" W, 367 . 97 feet along the said <br /> East Right of Way line of 44th Street to the point of <br /> beginning; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that said petition be granted and said <br /> Residence Development Plan be amended as reguested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br />
