. � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / o� —o� �-{' <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 4210 WEST MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of April, 1992 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Robert E. Sank to rezone premises described as: <br /> Commencing at the NE Corner of Lot 39 of Fairground Home <br /> Sites Addition to the Outlots to the City of Decatur, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 802 Page 112 of the records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence <br /> North 89 degrees 06' 18" East 382 . 2 feet to the place of <br /> beginning, thence North 89 degrees 06'18" East 161. 1 <br /> feet, thence Southerly parallel to the East line of said <br /> Fairground Home Sites Addition to a point on the North <br /> right-of-way line of S.B. I. Route 10, (Decatur to <br /> Springfield Road) thence Southwesterly along said North <br /> right-of-way line 161.9 feet, thence Northerly parallel <br /> to the East line of said Fairground Home Sites Addition <br /> to the place of beginning; as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 1737 Page 16 of the records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, <br />' from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to - <br /> M 1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br />, DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />
