CHAPTER 25 <br /> SECTION 12 <br /> ELECTRICAL COMMISSION AND CONTRACTORS <br /> ADDITIONS AND ��������$ <br /> "12. COMMISSION ESTABLISHED. There is hereby created an <br /> . Electrical Commission, which shall consist of ��� ��y seven (7) <br /> members, as follows: The Electrical Inspector shall be a member <br /> and ex-officio chairman of the Commission; of the other ���� �$y <br /> six (6) members, one shall be an electrical contractor, one a <br /> journeyman electrician, one a representative of an inspection <br /> bureau maintained by the fire underwriters , if such <br /> representative resides in the City, or if no such representative <br /> resides in the City, then a member of the Safety Services <br /> Department designated by the Director of Safety Services; one a <br /> representative of an ���¢���¢��� electrical utility supply <br /> company, one an officer in IBEW Union Local 146 , and one shall be <br /> a registered professional engineer. If there is no person <br /> residing in the City who is qualified under any one of these <br /> descriptions, the Mayor may appoint a representative of an <br /> electrical equi ment su ly com any or some other person to fill <br /> that position. Al1 members of the Electrical Commission other <br /> than City officers or employees shall be appointed by the Mayor <br /> with the advice and consent of the City Council and shall serve <br /> without compensation. " <br />
