, . . � � i ORDINANCE NO. / � — I I ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT HZSTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE - 560 WEST NORTH STREET - WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of January, 1992 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Wyllene Griffy for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI (A) (1) (w) of the Zoning Ordinance to use the premises described below for a Historic Neighborhood Use, said use being the operation of an antique shop and said premises being legally described as follows: The West 43 feet of the East 165 feet of Lot 5 of the Resurvey of Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 2 of Western Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 22 Page 411 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Petition has been filed with, and rE•�iewed by, the Historical and Architectural Sites Commi�sion, said filing having been more than thirty days from the date hereof; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Wyllene Griffy, and only to Wyllene Griffy, to own and operate an antique shop as a Historic Neighborhood Use upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat and plan thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: (a) That the antique shop operation be limited to the first floor of the existing dwelling;
