I plan to have a sign approx 4 ft x 6 ft attached flat to the west
side of the house . This will be a hand painted sign using colors and
style similar to the Historic District sign directly across the street .
I would like a smaller 10 in x 30 in sign hanging on the front porch of
the house , I have promised the neighbors that the sign will not be
lighted, flashy, or obtrusive to the neighborhood.
Regarding plans for the house, I will change nothing in appearance of
the exterior , Anything that is done will replace what was original
to the house . <City inspector report enclosed - door changes and ramp
are recommended) . My plans are to asphalt the drive, install new wider
wooden steps with appropriate hand rails , also replace lattice work
under the porch , and later porch railings similar to those on the back
porch . Aditional landscaping and flowers are to be planted in the
spring,
Co-operatives are unusual business structures . They can be an excEllent
farm of business for very small businesses in which the ownrs do
not have a lot of mney t invest or means to buy/rent building. Most
Co-ops are small (less than ten) . This co-op will have S members
selling their wares from a room. The members have been in business or
involved in their business for many years . They have the experience and
knowledge plus skills to assure success ,
