ORDINANCE NO. ��- �� <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - 2855 EAST LOST BRIDGE ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of January, 1992 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Mark A. Wolfer and Associates, Inc. for a special use <br /> permit for a Ylanned Unit Development on premises situated in the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> Lot 53 of Greenbrier, as per Plat recorded in Book 745 <br /> Page 229 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, except that part conveyed to <br /> the City of Decatur in Deed recorded in Book 1775 Page <br /> 226 as Document No. 939591 and except the West 30 feet <br /> thereof, situated in Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that said petition be granted. . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, <br /> a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Mark A. Wolfer <br /> and Associates, Inc. to develop the premises aforesaid under a <br /> Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans <br /> thereof hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That the special use permit authorized hereby <br /> be, and the same is hereby, authorized and issued upon the <br /> following conditions: <br /> (1) That development occur only in accordance with Exhibit <br /> A; <br /> (2) That final drainage and landscape plans, in addition to <br /> those shown on Exhibit A, be submitted to, and approved by, the <br /> Department of Community Development prior to the issuance of any <br /> building permits for said premises; and, <br /> (3) That chimneys for the fireplaces be bricked and that <br /> brickwork on the front of the proposed building be subject to <br /> approval by the Department of Community Development. <br />
