Decatur City Plan Commission January 2 , 1992 Page Two Single Family. Containing 19,719 square feet, the area in question is platted as a single family lot and accordingly developed. The purpose of the proposed zone is to enable the rear portion of the existing lot to be sold to an adjoining property owner along Maple Avenue. The adjoining lot to the west was zoned R-2 Single Family in 1984. At that time, the existing lot was divided and a new residence was constructed at 3434 North Maple. The proposed zone change would provide for the division of the subject lot as noted above. Staff is of the opinion that the proposed zone would be consistent and compatible with the general area. In addition to the previous zone change as noted, similar changes have occurred one block to the south along Josephine Drive. Staff recommends approval of the petition as presented. It was moved and seconded (Fisher/Coulter) and unanimously approved that Cal. No. 92-05 be recommended to City Council for approval as presented. Cal. No. 92-06 Petition of WYLLENE GRIFFY for a special use permit to allow the operation of an antique shop as a historic neighborhood use on premises commonly known as 560 West North Street. Mrs. Wyllene Griffy, 254 North Pine, was present and spoke for the petition stating that a plan for parking needs to be resolved. She requested that the petition be tabled until the February, 1992 meeting of the Plan Commission. It was moved and seconded (Brinkoetter\Hunt) and unanimously approved that Cal. No. 92-06 be tabled until the February 6, 1992 meeting of the Decatur City Plan Commission. Cal. No. 92-07 Petition of MARK D. WOLFER AND .
