ICE BOATING. <br /> A. No person shall operate or use any ice boat upon the ice <br /> of Lake Decatur unless such boat or craft is licensed therefor. <br /> Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Finance <br /> Department. No license for any ice boat shall be issued unless <br /> and until the owner of such boat agrees to indemnify and hold <br /> harmless the City from and against all causes of action arising <br /> out of the o eration of said boat u on the Lake in a form to be <br /> P P , <br /> approved by the Corporation Counsel. Such licenses shall be <br /> effective from November 1 through April 30 of the succeeding <br /> year. A temporary license for an ice boat, good for not to <br /> exceed three (3) days, may be obtained by a non-resident of the <br /> Cit}�. PIERS AND DOCRS.
