� <br /> . . � ._1 <br /> fee of $25. 00 or the actual cost of removal as determined by the <br /> Lake Manager or his authorized agent before reclaiming any boat <br /> or craft. <br /> (AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 90-50, April 16, 1990) <br /> E. Nothing herein shall be construed as permitting any boat <br /> or craft to be operated at a speed greater than is safe and <br /> prudent under the circumstances, and the operator thereof shall <br /> observe all signs and other regulations placed by the City on or <br /> near the Lake. . <br /> F. The City and its authorized agents shall have the right <br /> and power to order a boat or craft removed from the Lake which by <br /> reason of its physical condition is no longer safe for use. If <br /> the owner does not remove such boat or craft, the City shall have <br /> the right to remove such boat or craft from the Lake. The owner <br /> thereof must pay a fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00) before <br /> reclaiming any such boat or craft, or a sum equal to the cost of <br /> labor, material and equipment use to the City connected with such <br /> action, whichever is higher and with a charge of Five Dollars <br /> ($5. 00) for each day or part thereof during which the same is in <br /> the custody of the City, which said custody shall be at the risk <br /> of the owner thereof. . <br /> G. No person under 10 years of age may operate a motorboat. <br /> Persons at least 10 years of age and less than 12 years of age <br /> may operate a motorboat only if they are accompanied on the <br /> motorboat and under the direct control of a parent or guardian. <br /> Persons at least 12 years of age and less than 18 years of age <br /> may operate a motorboat only if they are accompanied on the <br />
