ORDINANCE NO. — d ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE - SIGN REGULATIONS - WHEREAS, on the 6th day of December, 1990 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the petition of David A. Clark, Director of Community Development, to modify and amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, the same being Ordinance No. 3512 , as amended, at Sections II; IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X and XIX thereof regarding sign regulations; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted and that the Zoning Ordinance be so modified and amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended at Sections II, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X thereof by modifying paragraph 26 of Section II and adding a paragraph 92 to said Section, by adding paragraph 11 to Section IV, by adding subsections E to Sections V, VI, VII , VIII and IX, and by modifying paragraph 3 of subection B of Section X and adding subsection E to said Section so that as so modified and amended said paragraphs and subsections of said Sections of said Zoning Ordinance shall provide as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby further modified and amended at Section XIX. 8. thereof by amending the first paragraph of said paragraph 8 so that said first paragraph, as amended, provides as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto, and by deleting the last paragraph of said paragraph 8 . and adding to the end thereof the language shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
