. _ , <br /> ORDINANCE N0. /� — C� �P <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 52 - <br /> - ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That Chapter 52 of the City Code of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> amended by adding thereto a new paragraph titled Class J <br /> immediately following the paragraph titled Class I in <br /> Section 4 thereof, said new paragraph to provide as follows: <br /> "Class J, under which alcoholic liquor may be sold <br /> only in packages for consumption off the licensed <br /> premises, and under which the licensed premises <br /> may only be a retail establishment which derives <br /> more than 50$ of its gross income from the sale of <br /> goods other than alcoholic liquors and in which <br /> the licensee has invested, after January 1, 1991 , <br /> not less than $1, 000, 000 (which may include the <br /> capitalized value of the first ten years only of a <br /> leasehold interest) , and which establishment <br /> employs a minimum of 50 full-time employees, or <br /> the equivalent thereof, at the licensed premises" . <br /> Section 2 . That Chapter 52 of the City Code of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> further amended at Section 4 thereof by amending the <br /> paragraph immediately following the new paragraph titled <br /> Class J set forth above, so that said paragraph as so <br /> amended shall provide as follows: <br /> " Class C, Class D, Class G, Class I and <br /> ' Class J licenses shall not be issued or reissued <br /> to replace a license of any other class <br /> established hereunder or transferred either to <br /> another licensee or for other premises. " <br /> Section 3 . That Chapter 52 of the City Code of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> further amended at Sections 10 and 17 thereof, so that said <br /> Sections as so amended shall provide as follows: <br /> "10. NUMBER OF LICENSES. The issuance of a <br /> maximum number of Class A licenses combined with <br /> Class B licenses is limited to 94 . There shall be <br />
