WATER SERVICE AGi�:EII�fENT � <br /> � For and in consideration of the undertaldngs and covenants set out herein, it is agre�d by <br /> h 8 hereo and wluch person or <br /> and betwesn the Owner(s) of the premises descnbed at paragra� � <br /> persons are signatory hereto, ("Owner"), and TI-� CTTY OF DECATLTR, ILLINOIS, ("city"), as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agre�ment, and the installation, operarion and use of the <br /> water servic� authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, <br /> ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a watermain by the City in the strest or <br /> roadway adjacent to the premises descnbed herein, and upon obtaining a tapping permit in the <br /> � customary manner followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap <br /> said watermain of City and connect a water service thereto to fumish residential service only to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes and only <br /> upon the premises descnbed herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the corporate limits of City, <br /> the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City <br /> thereof, petition to annex the same to the City. <br /> 6. This Agreement shaIl terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply with any <br /> provision hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, ordinances, rules or regulatioas, <br /> or upon the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be terminated by either parry upon <br /> six (6) months notice by certified mail to the other, addressed to One Gary K Anderson Plaza, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, if to the City or to 2 3 Zo S,a�9 s �DR�✓�' , if to the <br /> Owner. , <br /> 7. This Agresment is intended for the benefit of said premises as well as the current <br /> owner and occupant thereof and to said end shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of said <br /> owner and his successors in tide. <br />
