' , , � i ' ORDINANCE NO. �/—U � ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - ELECTRIC SUBSTATION - - 1289 SUNSET AVENUE - WHEREAS, on the 5th day of December, 1991 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Illinois Power Company for a special use permit to construct and operate an electric substation on the premises legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that said special permit be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Illinois Power Company to construct and operate an electric substation on the above-described premises. Section 3 . That the special use permit authorized hereby be, and the same is hereby, authorized and issued upon the following conditions: (a) That construction occur in accordance with petitioner' s general site plan dated November 25 , 1991 and attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B; and, (b) That in addition to said plan, landscaping be provided along the north, south and ' west boundary parallel to the proposed security fence. Section 4 . That said special use permit granted hereby, be, and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512 , the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of this special use permit.
