6. The name and address of Petitioner' s representative is : <br /> J. A. Uhl, Downing & Uhl, Attorneys, 295 North Franklin Street, <br /> P.O. Box 149, Decatur, IL 62525. <br /> 7. The Petitioner owns and operates the North Fork <br /> Cemetery, as a township cemetery, which is located immediately <br /> adjacent to and contiguous with the west boundary line of the <br /> property described in paragraph 1 above for which the Petitioner <br /> requests a special permit. The North Fork Cemetery is legally <br /> described as follows : <br /> The North 123 Feet of the South 604.14 Feet of the East <br /> 316 ,7 Feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br /> and the West 214.52 Feet of the South 604.14 Feet in Section <br /> 16, Township 16 North of the Third Post Meridian, Macon <br /> County, Illinois . <br /> 8 . The purpose of the special permit would be to use the <br /> subject property for a cemetery. <br /> 9 . In support of this request, Petitioner hereby submits to <br /> the City Council and the City Plan Commission the following <br /> facts : <br /> As stated above, the North Fork Cemetery is presently owned <br /> by the Petitioner. The Petitioner uses such real estate for <br /> cemetery purposes . Such real estate is located immediately <br /> adjacent to and contiguous with the subject real estate. <br /> The Petitioner desires to expand the boundaries of the <br /> present North Fork Cemetery so that it will have additional <br /> area of approximately 2.57 acres to use for cemetery <br /> purposes to accommodate the citizens of the township. <br /> Attached hereto is Petitioner' s Exhibit B which is a Plat of <br /> the subject property for which a special permit is desired. <br /> -2- <br />
