(B) That between the hours of 7: 30 A.M. and <br /> 5: 00 P.M. , Monday through Friday, Petitioner may <br /> permit to be sent to said premises not more than <br /> five (5) trucks with tractor-trailer combinations. <br /> No such tractor-trailer combinations shall be <br /> permitted if the same are owned or operated by <br /> Petitioner, with the exception of those needed for <br /> the initial move to said premises. As indicated on <br /> Exhibit A such tractor-trailer combinations will <br /> enter and exit the facility via 27th Street and <br /> " Garfield Avenue, with all other trucks prohibited <br /> from such route, except as reasonably and <br /> occasionally needed by the Petitioner. No truck <br /> traffic will be permitted on Harrison Avenue or <br /> Wallace Avenue. <br /> (C) The premises will be landscaped and <br /> generally improved as indicated on Exhibit A in <br /> order to provide an adequate screen from the <br /> residential properties . Petitioner will not <br /> maintain open storage of any semi-tractors, <br /> trailers, materials, products or equipment of any <br /> kind. <br /> (D) All roads, parking, loading areas and , <br /> walks will be suitably graded, drained and paved <br /> with hard surface material to the extent necessary <br /> to comply with applicable specifications of the <br /> City of Decatur. � <br /> (E) Petitioner may secure the property by <br /> erecting a fence around the perimeter of the <br /> premises, Exhibit A to the contrary <br /> notwithstanding. <br /> (F) The former Spencer School building will be <br /> used for storage of office equipment, office , <br /> supplies and office records. I <br /> Section 4. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions <br /> and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises <br /> above described herein. <br /> Section 5. That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map <br /> as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, <br /> and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br />
