. � -• ' <br /> . d ' - � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / /— � � <br /> ORDINANCfi ABATING LEVY <br /> CORPORATE PURPOSE BONDS <br /> SERIES OF DECEMBER, 1989 <br /> WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 89-97 passed and approved December 11, <br /> 1989, the Council caused corporate purpose bonds of the City to be <br /> issued and did levy therein certain sums to pay the principal of and <br /> interest on said bonds; and, <br /> WHEREAS, funds have become available from other sources to pay, in <br /> part, such interest and principal as the same becomes due and payable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATC7R, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the following tax levies for interest on and <br /> principal of the indicated bonds for the year 1991, payable in the years <br /> 1992 and 1993, be, and the same are hereby partially abated as follows: <br /> Ordinance Number Ordinance <br /> and Bond Issue Lew Abatement Abated Lew <br /> 89-97 - Corporate <br /> Purpose Bonds, <br /> Series 1989 $ 735,980 $ 528,210 $ 20�,770 <br /> Section 2. That the County Clerk of the County of Macon, Illinois, <br /> be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to abate in part said <br /> levies and to extend the same as so abated for the year 1991. <br /> Section 3.
