ORDINANCE NO. � I� �� ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE - 510 WEST DECATUR STREET - WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 1991, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Galley 510 Arts Guild, Ltd. for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI (A) (1) (w) of the Zoning Ordinance to use the premises described below for a Historic Neighborhooa Use, said use being the operation of an art studio and gallery and said premises being legally described as follows: The East 37 . 9 feet of Lot 9 and all of Lot 10 of Block 4 of South Western Addition as per Plat recorded in Book N Page 440 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of � Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Petition has been filed with, and reviewed by, the Historical and Architectural Sites Commission, said filing having been more than thirty days from the date hereof; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Galley 510 Arts Guild, Ltd. , and only to Galley 510 Arts Guild, Ltd. , to own and operate an art studio and gallery as a Historic Neighborhood Use upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat, plan and photographs thereof hereto attached marked Group Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows:
