� + <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants <br /> set out herein, it is agreed by and between ROBERT DEMENT and <br /> SHARON DEMENT, ("Owners") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, <br /> ("City" ) , as follows : <br /> 1 . The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, <br /> operation and use of the water service authorized hereby, are <br /> expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, <br /> ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owners agree to <br /> comply therewith. . <br /> 2 . Upon obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner <br /> followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, <br /> Owners may tap the water main of City existing in Rea' s Bridge <br /> Road and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential <br /> service only to the premises of Owners, commonly known as <br /> 5656 Rea' s Bridge Road , Decatur, Illinois, and described as: <br /> Lot 12 of Bowman' s Subdivision as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 300 Page 117 of the records in the Recorder ' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT that part <br /> previously conveyed for highway purposes and EXCEPT the <br /> West 140 feet thereof. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and <br /> installed by a licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for <br /> domestic purposes and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the <br /> corporate limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall , <br /> within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City thereof, <br />
