'� JUI� - � 19Ji � � � Recorded in �ook2380 Page203 �:r �{ ��,�,,,,,,,� ��j AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY 17.00 q� - ARBOR DRIVE - Fee corder of Deeds �� WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of New Life Alliance Church requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: A tract of land out of the following described property to-wit: Part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , Macon County, Illinois, said tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 22 , said point being 50 . 01 feet North 88 degrees 53 ' 25. 5" East of the Southwest Corner of said Section 22 , running North 0 degrees 00 ' 34 . 5" West for 151 . 30 feet; thence North 7 degrees 42 ' 08" East for 484 . 38 feet; thence North 58 degrees 35 ' 38" East for 110 . 32 feet; thence North 87 degrees 59 ' 16 . 5" East for 190 . 02 feet; thence South 0 degrees 00 ' 00" East for 688 . 71 feet; thence South 88 degrees 53 ' 25 . 5" West for 349 . 02 feet to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, it appears Said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and that no electors reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved.
