ORDINANCE N0. � — � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 4230 WEST MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of May, 1991 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Egizii Electric, Inc. to rezone premises described <br /> as: <br /> Part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/2 of Section 18 , <br /> Township 16 .North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , more <br /> particularly described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Southeast Corner of Lot 40 of Fairground Home Sites <br /> Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 802 Page 112 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, running <br /> thence Northeast along the North right of way line of <br /> S.B. I. Route 10 , (Decatur to Springfield Road) 221 . 9 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence North on a line <br /> forming an angle of 84 degrees 33 . 5 ' to the left with <br /> the said right of way line, and running parallel to the <br /> East line of said Fairground Home Sites Addition, 281 . 6 <br /> feet to a point, thence North 89 degrees, 06 ' 18" East <br /> 161 . 1 feet to a point, thence Southerly parallel to the <br /> East line of said Fairground Home Sites Addition, 268 . 8 <br /> feet to a point on the North right of way line of said <br /> Route 10 , a distance of 161 . 9 feet Northeasterly of the <br /> point of beginning, thence Southwesterly to the point of <br /> beginning, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RES�DENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />
