ORDINANCE N0. � — � AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY - 4230 WEST MAIN STREET - WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of May, 1991 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Egizii Electric, Inc. to rezone premises described as: Part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/2 of Section 18 , Township 16 .North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Lot 40 of Fairground Home Sites Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 802 Page 112 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, running thence Northeast along the North right of way line of S.B. I. Route 10 , (Decatur to Springfield Road) 221 . 9 feet to the point of beginning; thence North on a line forming an angle of 84 degrees 33 . 5 ' to the left with the said right of way line, and running parallel to the East line of said Fairground Home Sites Addition, 281 . 6 feet to a point, thence North 89 degrees, 06 ' 18" East 161 . 1 feet to a point, thence Southerly parallel to the East line of said Fairground Home Sites Addition, 268 . 8 feet to a point on the North right of way line of said Route 10 , a distance of 161 . 9 feet Northeasterly of the point of beginning, thence Southwesterly to the point of beginning, from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RES�DENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
