The new facility will allow for an upgrading of existing services in <br /> all areas--administrative, educational and residential care in which <br /> Webster-Cantrell serves the community. <br /> 2. The Residential Care capacity will expand from the present limit of , <br /> 25 individuals to 34 individuals. <br /> 3. The expansion of the class -rooms and facilities will enable more edu- <br /> cational programs and more participants. <br /> 4. The Social Service Staff has increased from 5 to 19 within the last <br /> 5 years.
