ORDINANCE NO. r — � � <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY <br /> - 614 EAST CANTRELL STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l . That the offer of Sixty-Two Thousand Dollars <br /> ($62 , 000) by B & D Vending, Inc. for the purchase of the property <br /> located at, and commonly known as, 614 East Cantrell Street, be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to execute a contract on behalf of the <br /> City for the sale of the above-described property to B & D <br /> Vending, Inc. for the consideration stated herein and on such <br /> other terms as to said officer seem necessary or desirable . <br /> Section 3 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest a deed <br /> conveying said premises to B & D Vending, Inc . upon pa_yment to <br /> tYie City of the consideration recited herein and upon the <br /> satisfactory performance of all obligations and conditions <br /> contained in the contract referred to in paragraph 2 hereof. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 4th day of <br /> February, 1991 . <br /> i <br /> ARY .
