,_ � • i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / — � <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING WATER SERVICE AGREEMENTS <br /> - BRETTWOOD HEIGHTS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the agreements for water service outside of <br /> the corporate limits presented to the Council herewith, between <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois and those owners of premises named <br /> therein, be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3 . That by virtue of those agreements referred to <br /> in Sections 1 and 2 hereof, the Council finds that a majority of <br /> the owners of real property in the following described area have <br /> petitioned the City for water service outside of the corporate <br /> limits thereof, said area being particularly described on Exhibit <br /> A attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> . Section 4 .
