WATER SERVICE AGREIIKENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed bq and batween the Owaer(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which persoa or persans are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Owner"), and THE CITY OF DECATtJR, ILLINOIS, ("Citq") , as follos�s: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulaticns of City, <br /> and Owner agraes to camply therewith. <br /> 2. After campletion of the construction of a water main by the C�ty in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises describeci herein, and upon <br /> obtainiag a tapping permit ia the customary manner foll�wed by the City for <br /> przaises wi.thin i�s corporate limits, Qwaer may tap said water main of City <br /> �nd cenaect a water service thereto to iurnish residential service onlq to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tag, connection aad service shall be nade and iastalled by a <br /> liceased plumbez. <br /> 4. The water furnish�d by City shall only be used for domest�.c pur*�ases <br /> aad onl� upon the premises described hereia. <br /> 5. At such t:,me as said premises aecome contiguous to the c��rporat� <br /> I.imit,^ of City, the then owner of said premises shall, witnin ninety (9C) days <br /> after receiving aotice from City thereof, petition to annex the same ta th� <br /> City. <br /> 6.
