WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and ia consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owaer(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Owaer")� Snd THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("Citq") � as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water sernice authorized hereby, are espressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulatfons of Citq, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply thesewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City ia <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> obtaining a Lapping permit in the customary manner followed by the Citq for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Qwner may tap said water main of City <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service on,iy to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, co�ectian aad service shall be made and installed by a <br /> liceased plumber. <br /> 4. The water furaished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes <br /> and oaly upan the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become cantiguous to the corporate <br /> limits of City, the thea owner of said premises shall. within ninety (9G') days <br /> after receiving aotice from City thereof, petition to aanex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> 6. This Agreemeat sha21 ter�inate ugon the failure by Owner to complq <br /> with any provisioa hereof or with anq applicable provision of City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regulations, or upon the annexation of said premises to <br /> the City, and may be terminated by ei�r.e� party ugon six (6) mcnths notice �y <br />
