WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Own�r(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragrapii 8 hereof, and which person or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("(?wner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions nf this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions oE codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> ohtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the �ity for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Owner nay tap said water main of City <br /> aud connect a water servi.ce tliereto to furnish residential service ouly to <br /> said premises. , <br /> 3. Said tan, connection and service shall be made and installe� by a ; <br /> licensed plumber. <br /> 4. TI�e water furnishe3 by City shall only be used for domestic purposes <br /> and only upun the premises describe3 herein. <br /> 5. At such ti�re as said premises become contiguous to the corporate I <br /> limits of City, the then ownar of said premises shall, within niueCy (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to tne <br /> City. <br /> 6.
