The water furnished hy City shall only be used �or domestic purposes <br /> �nd only upon the gr�ai.ses des�ribed herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said pre�ises b�come canti�uous to the corpor.a�e <br /> limits of C�ty, the thea a�,�er of said gremises shall, within ninery (90) aays <br /> after zeceiving notice fraa City thereof, petition to annex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> 6. This agresment shall terminata upon the fail�sre by Qwner to �o�p?y <br /> with any pro•rision aereo€ ar �aith any a�pl�cab�e �rov�sioa of City Lode, <br /> ordinances, rul.es or regulations, or upQn the annexation of said premises to <br /> the City, and �a,ay tae terminated by either par�y uPon s�.x (6) montns notice by <br />
