The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, o eration <br /> P <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made sub�ect to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of C;ty, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water ma:Ln by the City in , <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon I <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the cuutomary manner followed by Che City for <br /> p:.emises within its corporate limits, ()wner nay tap said water main of City <br /> and conn�ct a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to <br /> sai.d premises. <br /> 3. Said tan, connection and service shall be made and iustalled by a <br /> licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnishe3 by City shall only be used for domestic purposes <br /> and only upun the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contig�ous to the corporate <br /> limits of City, the [hen owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to tne <br /> City. <br /> 6• This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner r_o ccmply <br /> with any provision hereof or wirh any applicable provision of City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regu.lations, or upon the annexation of said premises to <br /> the City, and may be tezminated by either party upan six (6) months notice by <br />
