ORDINANCE NO. � I — � c�-� i ORDINANCE ABATING LEVIES FOR BOND � SERVICE - SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE BONDS I WHEREAS, by the respective ordinances authorizing the issuance thereof certain taxes were levied for the ysar 1990 payable in the year ', 1991 to pay the interest on and principal of certain bonds of the City; ! and �I WHEREAS, funds have become available from other sources to pay, in � part, such interest and principal as the same becomes due and payable. ', NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF II'I DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the followinq tax levies for interest on and principal of the indicated bonds for the year 1990, payable in the year 1991, be, and the same are hereby partially abated as follows: Ordinance Number Ordinance and Bond Issue Levy Abatement Abated Levy 83-46-Surface Water Drainage Bonda, 1983 _ Refunding ; 1,851,320 � 850,000 $ 1,001,320 Section 2. That the County Clerk of the County of Macon, Illinois, be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to abate in part said levies and to extend the same as so abated for the year 1990. Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a duly certified copy of hereof to be filed with said County Clerk.
