. . ,� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. -- d I <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TWO-HOUR PARKING METERS II <br /> - NORTH WATER STREET - ' <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That in accordance with and subject to the <br /> applicable provisions of Chapter 34 of the City Code, when <br /> appropriate signs are installed thereat, the parking of vehicles <br /> at parking meters numbered 1040, 1042 and 1043 located on North <br /> Water Street, , north of Eldorado Street be, and the same are <br /> hereby, limited to a maximum of two consecutive hours . <br /> Section 2 . That parking meters shall be installed at said <br /> numbered spaces which shall register a maximum of two hours upon <br /> insertion of appropriate coin of the United States. <br /> Section 3 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 4 . That the provisions of all ordinances or parts <br /> of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance <br /> insofar as the same are in conflict with said provisions be, and <br /> the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> Section 5. That Ordinance Nos. 77-59 and 81-78 be, and the <br /> same are hereby, repealed. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED ND RE D his 22nd day of <br /> January, 1991 . <br /> GARY K.
