V �' 6 r � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - COUNTRY MANOR - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of December, 1990, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Gates and Johnson Company to modify and amend the R-2 <br /> Residence Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. <br /> 4914 , so as to reduce the number of approved buildings from six <br /> to five and the number of units from 48 to 26 , on premises <br /> situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as <br /> follows: <br /> Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection <br /> of the East Right of Way line of 44th Street and the <br /> North Right of Way line of Cantrell Street, said point <br /> also being 40 feet North of and 30 feet East of the <br /> Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 17 , Township 16 <br /> North, Range 3 East, 3rd P.M. ; thence North 00 degrees <br /> 00 ' 00" E (Assumed Bearing) along the East Right of Way <br /> line of 44th Street, 340 . 00 feet; thence North 90 <br /> degrees 00 ' 00" E, 443 . 15 feet; thence South 77 degrees <br /> 30 ' 00" E, 425 .00 feet; thence South 17 deqrees 50 ' 31" <br /> East, 260 . 55 feet to a point on the North Right of Way <br /> line of Cantrell Street; thence North 89 degrees 59 ' 59" . <br /> West, along the said North Right of Way line of Cantrell <br /> Street, 937 . 91 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> containing 6 . 49 acres, <br /> more or less; <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such Residence Development Plan be modified and amended as <br /> requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation and report of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, Placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the aforesaid R-2 Residence Development <br /> Plan be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, and <br /> petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to <br /> develop the herein described Residence Development Plan as shown <br /> on the Plat of same attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and hereby <br /> made a part hereof. <br />
