The new plan reduces the density from 48 units to 26 units , . <br /> thereforelowering the previously approved RDP density. <br /> 2. The topography of the property will allow only five smaller buildings. <br /> 3. This revision exceeds the zoning ordinance density of 1 unit per <br /> 9000 square feet as the requested density is 1 unit per 10,870 <br /> square feet. <br /> 4.
