U -' I I �.�,_ AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY - ARBOR DRIVE - WHEREAS, on the 6th day of September, 1990, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of David A. Clark, Director of Community Development, to rezone premises pursuant to an annexation agreement, said premises being described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 22, Township 17, Range North 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , thence West to a point, said point being 399 . 03 east of the Southwest corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 22 , thence north to a point in the south right-of-way line of U.S. Route I-72, said point being 924 . 72 feet west of the east line of the said �outhwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 22, thence east on the south right-of-way line to the east line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 22, thence south to the place of beginning, . from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be approved; and, WHEREI�S, said premises were subsequently annexed to the City pursuant to said agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT GRDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT1' OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAI�IILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. Section 3 . That the Jistricts hereina�ove men�icned are those districts set forth and �efined in Ordinance No. 3512 0�
