Clark, Community Development Director <br /> 1" <br /> SUBJECT: Rezoning of property located north of Arbor <br /> Drive, east of Oakland from R-1 to R-3 <br /> A public hearing was held by the City Plan Commission on Septem- <br /> ber 6, 1990 on a petition by David A. Clark, Director of Com- <br /> munity Development, to rezone the property from R-1 to R-3 . The <br /> Plan Commission recommends rezoning of the property as presented. <br /> Subsequent to that date, the City Council held a public hearing <br /> on the annexation agreement and approved said agreement. The ac- <br /> tion to be taken in rezoning the property is consistent with the <br /> terms of the agreement and staff recommends rezoning of the tract <br /> from R-1 to R-3 . <br />
