<br /> PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that land described as follows is
<br /> proposed to be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois, at a
<br /> meeting of the City Council of Decatur, Illinois, scheduled for
<br /> September 17, 1990 :
<br /> Part of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the
<br /> Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26 ,
<br /> Township 16 North, Ranqe 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , said
<br /> part being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4
<br /> of said Section 26; thence North 88 degrees 32 ' 10" East
<br /> a distance of 359 .91 feet to the point of beginning;
<br /> thence North 0 degrees 22 ' 22" West, a distance of 281 . 17
<br /> feet; thence North 88 degrees 32 ' 10" East, a distance of
<br /> 308 . 80 feet; thence South 0 degrees 35 ' 54" East, a
