Administration Agreement. For the purpose <br /> of administering the details of the Program and to provide for <br /> the issuance of the Certificates, the form, terms and provisions <br /> of the proposed Administration Agreement before this meeting be, <br /> and they hereby are, in all respects approved, and the Mayor and � <br /> City Clerk of the Municipality be, and they hereby are, author- ' <br /> ized, empowered and directed to execute and deliver the Admini- <br /> stration Agreement in the name and on behalf of the Municipality <br /> and thereupon to deliver the Administration Agreement to the <br /> other parties thereto. The Administration Agreement is to be in <br /> substantially the form before this meeting and hereby approved, <br /> or with such changes therein as shall be approved by the offi- <br /> cials of the Municipality executing the same, their execution <br /> thereof to constitute conclusive evidence of their approval of <br /> any and all changes or revisions thereir. from the form of Admini- <br /> stration Agreement before this meeting. From and after the exe- <br /> cution and delivery of the Administration Agreement , the offi- <br /> cials, agents and employees of the Municipality are hereby <br /> authorized, empowered and directed to do all such acts and things <br /> and to execute all such documents as may be necessary to carry <br /> out and comply with the provisions of the Administration Agree- <br /> ment (as executed and as amended from time to time) . <br /> -6- <br />
