, <br /> (a) That said residence development be constructed in <br /> accordance with said Exhibit A. <br /> (b) That prior to the issuance of any building permits <br /> for said premises, a subdivision plat including detailed plans <br /> regarding streets, water mains, fire hydrants, sanitary sewers, <br /> storm sewers, landscaping, and building setbacks be submitted to, <br /> and approved by, the Departments of Public Works and Community <br /> Development. <br /> Section 5 .
