E. Hays lst Additi�n as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 982 Page 37 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> is wholly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, such territory is less than sixty (60) acres in <br />' area; and, <br />, ; WHEREAS, the Council finds that such territory should be <br /> annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the contemplated annexation of said <br /> tsrritory has been given as provided by law. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE �ITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
