That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highwavs therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corgoration. <br /> Section 2. ThaL a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br />
