G��„y �..�.... <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY ✓ V �� <br /> ;.`e 18.0 ��etorC^r ,,r Dceds <br /> - 2245 SOUTH TAYLOR ROAD - �,�._... <br /> WHEREAS there havin been filed with the Cit C1��;�"���� <br /> , g Y ; � <br /> said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under <br /> oath of Max Patricia Zilz requesting that there be annexed to the <br /> City territory described as: <br /> The South 99 feet of the North 436 feet of the East 220 <br /> feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 , Section <br /> 28-16-2. Containing approximately 0.43 acre. <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of <br /> record of all land within such territory and by at least 51$ of <br /> the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any <br /> city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been gi��en as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
