WATER SERVICE A � � For and in consideration of the undertalQngs and covenants set out herein, it is agre�d by and between the Owner(s) of the premises descnbed at paragraph 8 hereo� and wluch person or persons are signatory heretq ("Owner"), and T� CITY �F DECATLTR, II.LINOIS, ("city"), as follows: 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operarion and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regutations of City, and Owner agrees to comply therewith. 2. After completion of the construction of a waiermain by the City in the street or roadway adjacent to the premises descnbed hereir� and upon obtaining a tappiag permit in the � customary manner followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said watermain of City and conne�t a water service thereto to fumish residential service only to said premises. 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a licensed plumber. 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes and only upon the premises descn�bed herein. 5. At such time as said premises be�ome cantiguous to the corporate limits of City, the then owner of said premises shatl, within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City thereo� petition to annex the same to the City. 6. This Agreement shail terminate upon the failure by Owner to compIy with any provision hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, ordinances, ruIes or regulations, or upon the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be terminated by either party upon six (6) months notice by certified mail to the other, addressed to One Gary K Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, if to the City or to G Z/� l��v�l T� ��2 f�o.a� , if to the Owner. , 7. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of said premises as well as the current owner and occupant thereof and to said end shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of said owner and his successors in tide.
