After campl�tioa of the construction of a water main by the City ia <br /> the street or roadway adjaceat to tbe premises described hereia, aad upo� <br /> obtaining a tappiag permit ia the customary maaasr followed by the City for <br /> prem�ses withia its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water maia of City <br /> aad connect a water service thereto to furaish resideatial servf,ce oa3.y to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, conasction and sernice shall be made aad iastalled bp a <br /> licensed plumber. <br /> 4. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with any pravision hereof or with anq app3.icable provision of City Cede, <br /> crdinances, rules or regulatioas, or�upon the annexation of said premises t� <br /> the Cit�, and may be terminated by either partq upon six (6) months notice by <br />
