At such time as sa�d pramises become coatiguous ta the cor�orate <br /> limits of City, the thea owner of said premfses shall. within niaety (90) days <br /> after receiniag notice from City thereof, petition to aanex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> b. This Agreement shall terminate upen the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with aay provision herecf or with any applicable provis�on of City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regulations, or upon the annelcation of sai3 premises to <br /> the City, and may be terminated 'oy either party upon six (6) a�onths notice by <br />
