The provisions of this Agreement, and the iastallation, operation <br /> and use os the water service aLthorized hereby, are expresslq made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules aad regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. 4fter campletion of the construction of a water main by the City in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described her�ia, and upon � <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Owaer maq tap said water �aia of City <br /> aad connec* a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to ' <br /> said preaises. I <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a I! <br /> �+censed pl+.imber. <br /> 4. T�e water furnished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes <br /> and only upoa the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such tiiae as said premises become conti�uous to the corporate <br /> limits ot Citq, the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety �90) da}*s <br /> after receiving aotice frcm City thereof, petition to annex the same t� the <br /> City. <br /> 6. ihis Agreement shall Lerminate upon the failure by Owner to complq <br /> wi�h any provision hereof or with any applicable provisian of City Code, <br /> ordinaa�ces, rules or regulations, or upon the annexatioa of said premises to <br /> the Cicy, and may be terminated b;r either party upon six (6) months notice by <br />
