This �greemeat shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to complq <br /> with any provision hereof or with an� applicabZe proviyion �f City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regulations, or spon the annexation of said premises to <br /> the City, an� m3y be terminated by either par�y upon six (5) �o���s nutice by <br />
