. r <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owaer(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which persoa or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Owner"), and THE CITY OF DECATt1R, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expresslp made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of cades, ordi.aances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> Z. After campletioa of the construction of a water mafn by the City ia <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described hereia, and upon <br /> obtaining a tappiag permit in the customary manner followed by the Cit; for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Qwner may tap said water main of Cit;• <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residentiai service oaly to <br /> �aid premises. ' <br /> 3. Said tap, connection aad service shall be made and installed by z � <br /> 1.icensed plumber. I', <br /> 4. The water furaished by City shall only be used for domestic nurp�ses <br /> and only spon the gremises described herein. <br /> 5. At auch ti�e as said premises beccme contiguous to the cornurate <br /> �.imits o� City, the then �wnar of said premises shall, within ninety ;90) d�ys <br /> afLer receiving notice from Cits thereof, petiticn to annex the same �o t:�e <br /> City. <br /> b.
