� ` <br /> .. . � � CHAPTEP. 56 <br /> 2 . DEFINITIONS. As used in this Chapter, unless context <br /> otherwise requires, the following words or phrases shall mean: <br /> Basic removal service: Twice weekly refuse removal, other <br /> than landscape waste, with one weekly removal of landscape waste. <br /> Commercial: All that which is not residential. <br /> Garbage: Refuse resulting from the handling, processing, <br /> preparation, cooking and consumption of food or food products. <br /> Landscape waste: All accumulations of grass or shrubbery <br /> cuttings, leaves, tree limbs and other materials accumulated as <br /> the result of the care of lawns, shrubbery, vines and trees. <br /> Minimum removal service: Service whereby the customer is <br /> chargeu only by the bag of refuse a�t�aally rerloved by the <br /> licensed hauler and not a regular monthly rate. <br /> Refuse: Any discarded matter, including but not limited to <br /> garbage, sweepings, landscape waste, paper, cardboard, tin cans, <br /> ashes, bottles ar.d similar other accumulations , but excludir:g <br /> special waste as defined by the Illinois Pollution Control Board <br /> and waste from the constr�action or demolition of str��ctures. <br /> Residential: Premises occupied by six or fewer l.iving <br /> units. Routes predominantly serv�ng residential premises. Areas <br /> predominantly consisting of r�sidential prem�ses .
