' • ; � � r ,� i � � � , _/ ORDINr�,NCE NO. � �-- � � � AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - 3702 WESTLAWN AVENUE - WHEREAS, there having been fi�ed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the peti�ion under oath of the Macon Coun�y Farm Bureau requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: � The South 3J4 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; except the East 423.50 feet thereof, e:ccept commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 12 of 0'Dell Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book 745 Page 166 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of macon County, Illinois, thence North 170 feet, thence West 256 . 2 feet, thence South 170 feet, and thence East to the placp of beginning; and, WHEREAS, it apFears said petition is signed by the owners vf ' record or all land within such territory and by at least 51$ of � the electors residing therein, and that said territory is i contiguous to the Czty and not within the corporate limits of any � city, village ar incorporated town or other municipality; and, � WHEREAS, notice of intentior. to take acticn for annexation I has been given as required.
